Hi,
I am having some problems with Jamstix MIDI to a hardware sound module.
I am using Jamstix to drive a Proteus 2000 sound module via Cubase.
I have all my kits set up on different MIDI channels in the proteus set up. I have arranged some custom 'MIDI only' jamstix kits for each of the kits in the hardware. Each custom jamstix kit has it's kit components set to the appropriate MIDI channel for the hardware kit it is driving.
When play back from the DAW by playing my project all is well, the correct drums are triggered. However when I use the mouse to audition a kit on the jamstix VSTi window, jamstix only triggers channel 1.
Using Jamstix 4.3.1 64 bit with Cubase 10.0.50
My set up is that my DAW midi track is set to play all MIDI channels so when changing a kit in jamstix, I don't need to touch anything in Cubase or on my Proteus, it is all setup to play on the right kit.
Is this a bug, or did I miss something?
Cheers,
Stuart. |
