I would like to stop the song in the arranger, lets say at the 8th measure, using an ending rythm.
I am using Jamstix to do an intro/count, and then our real drummer will have a cue. I just want it to stop, not play a fancy ending. The endings provided are distracting to him.
Is there an endig with no fills? |

Don't use an "Ending"...
just blank rhythms after the 8th bar in the arranger

I tried that, but the interface would not let me access the part of the song toward the end. I had to keep playing the song in real time to blank out all the measures. |

Sounds like you need to push stop in the Jamstix GUI.
This will unlock it from the VST host and you can scroll wherever you want to in the arranger.
Just remember to press play again to sync Jamstix back up to your host.
