Hi
I just bought Jamstix 4 and I'm trying to request an email with my customer ID and any necessary links from the Download Page/License Request page. I receive the notice "User name not found. Please try again or contact us for assistance!" when I click the button on the page. I do suspect that the reason is because I never created an account, but I'm at a bit of a loss as to how/where to do this. Can you help? Thanks much!

Please forgive me; my customer number just arrived on its own. Jamstix and AI are installing as I write.
I do have one question remaining: do I automatically have an account with you now or do I have to create it?
