Hi everybody,
is there any new info as to when we can expect the OS X release to happen? |

Still having issue with a 3rd party provider. Will update as soon as we can project a beta release date. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Really feeling left behind as a mac user.
Is the 3rd party content vital for the functionality, or could it be removed and the product launched without the delay? |

| Unfortunately the "3rd party content" is the compiler for the mac version, as Ralph has previously stated. If there was any way that Ralph could have devised a work-around, he would have. |

Thanks.
Are there not other compilers, or does that bring other insurmountable problems? |

| I have just managed to get Jamstix4 demo working on OS X Sierra using Wine 3.0.1. I will test this some more and post something sharable when I get some time.. |

Wow, that I did not expect to see happen since JS4 uses a lot of Direct3D calls. Very impressed with Wine, again. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| well i didn't spend a lot of time on it yet. Frankly I'd rather just keep using JS3 native mac then mess around with wine, so its kind of just a curiosity thing. The 3d Drumkit does not display. But other stuff seems to work and I can hear sounds. I might be able to get the 3d drum kit working if I know what special stuff needs to be installed into the wine environment to support it. |

| Not at all. Ralph just said the OSX private beta testing is about to begin finally. It is going to happen, Ralph has always been true to his word. |

Wow,
who'd have guessed!? Now, there's a couple of hints you guys leaked as to what keeps you from delivering as planned! I suppose I am not exaggerating that you must have been going through a pretty step learning curve in bringing this miracle to life, while trying to keep it a commercially sensical/sound ad/venture!?
I can only assume that you've been most concerned not engage in any lasting/binding commitments, financially or otherwise, to any more individuals than the "handful of buddies" (I guess!?) that you seem to be!? Otherwise, the delay would be inexcusable!
Does "private beta " about to beginn suggest that, unless any serious issues pop up, we are away from a release within a handful of weeks, or am I, again, already dreaming a lot better than I should!?? |

The macOS Beta will start soon. Once it does, we will have better release estimates. Sorry about the delays! _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Will it be internal or public beta? |

Private first but as soon as there are no major issues left, it will go public. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
