I have noticed in a few different drummers that their horizontal 'amount' sliders don't update in real time in the info bar at bottom of Jamstix window;

ie Percentage of notes affected by this filter (xx%)

I have to restart the transport for it to update this % to the value on the slider.

Specifically drummer Will's Purge Snare , Purge Kick and Simplifier are exhibiting this behaviour but have noticed with other drummers as well.
