Hi, loving Jamstix 4 so far with limited use.
Is there a way to change the color\intensity of the overhead lights? I have found the lighting mode button but no matter what I pick there, while there is a visible change, there is a bright bluish green light on all the time.
Thanks |

That's caused by a problem with your video card driver. Please open the Jamstix 4 manager, click 'Troubleshooting', check the box 'Disable Hardware Acceleration' and see if the problem is gone. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| OK tried that and no change in turquoise lighting. Re-loaded DAW and Jamstix, no change. |

Please do this:
- make sure DAW is closed
- open task manager and kill jamstix4.exe if it is running
- now open the DAW and see if the problem is gone
If not, please open the manager, click 'Email Tech Support' and send me an email with the logs dropped onto it. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
