I just want to state something that probably most in this forum already know.
The support from Ralph and A_zimuth is outstanding.
Learning a new software is never easy. Until you have an idea of the 'woods,' you cannot ask about a 'tree.'
I do try to search forums and read manuals by using the table of contents, index and searching for key phrases ... if you know that that key phrase is.
I expect my need for help will go down when JS4 manual arrives. But who knows, with all the help here I might not need it by then.

| Yes agreed they are very helpful. You can download the full manual from the Rayzoon website if you click 'more information' and then 'document library'. It is quite comprehensive |
