Haven't done this yet but what happens if you uninstall Jamsix 3, if Jamstix 4 has used Jamstix 3s data folder, to see what expansion packs you have installed?

It is the option I chose on installation so Jamstix 4 didn't have to download all the kits again.

If I uninstall Jamstix 3, will my kits vanish with it?

No, the installer's uninstall function will not touch JS3 data.
