Can I use Jamstix in LE or do I need a Cubase upgrade? Thanks Newbie _________________ Daniel

Hi Daniello and welcome to the board!
Cubase LE doesn't have all the bells and whistles but Jamstix will work with it. Make sure to try the Jamstix demo in your specific environment. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

I brought over my studio engineer today and I purchased and installed Jamstix. We aren't getting a sound except on a chime, but it seems to recognize the signal as the red light in blinking on transport. Just no sound. Any thoughts? Thanks _________________ Daniel

Hi Daniel,
We'll get you sorted:
Red light blinking on transport? This could indicate Jamstix is stopped, depending on which LED we are talking about. Please tell me the location of the blinking LED and also send me your rzdlog.txt file from your Jamstix folder to support @ rayzoon.com. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Hi Ralph: Sorry but now it's not even loading. I can ultimately pull it up on my VST Instruments of Cubase and it loads temporarily then is gone. I am not having any luck so perhaps I didn't download it correctly. I am really anxious to use Jamstix so hope I can get it going. Thanks again.

Please send me the rzdlog.txt file from your Jamstix folder to support @ rayzoon.com so I can research this. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Hi Ralph: I sent the log and realize it's the holidays but just a heads up. Thanks _________________ Daniel

I did respond via e-mail on the 15th as follows:
If the left light under the play/stop button in the Jamstix transport section is flashing then Jamstix is stopped and you need to press the Play button above the flashing light to start it. Please also make sure that 'Stop On Load' in the output tab is not checked. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
