I just cannot figure out how to get Jamstix to drive EZ Drummer in Sonar to save my life. Can someone please help? Thanks!

Can't help with EZ drummer specifically as I own but never use it. I use Addictive drums 2 all the time though. I believe it would work exactly the same. I load up both Jamstix and AD2. Pick the kit you want to use in AD2/EZD. Set up Jamstix to be MIDI only on the mixer page, then I select the AD2 midi only drum kit which works well for most kits without fooling with drum maps in SONAR. IF I remember, there is a similar kit for EZD included in Jamstix. Then select MIDI out on the Jamstix VSTi page (top, VST2 button). Enable AD2 then select the Jamstix Midi input (I use Jams...OMNI) just created by enabling midi out on Jamstix. Play your pattern and you should hear everything playing through EZD.
There's lots of reasons for doing this with drum maps in Sonar, but this way works MOST of the time and is easy.

Yes just confirmed in the available drumkits in Jamstix, under Toontrack there are a bunch of EZ and SD2 kits available.
