Hi All,

I upgraded to macos Sierra last week. I got around to checking Jamstix Manager for updates. I discovered that after I click the app, a dialog comes up with the "Jamstix Manager Quit Unexpectedly". The app never comes up.

Anybody else seeing this?

Any information I can provide to assist?

I'm getting the same thing on my Mac. I'm not sure whether to drop Ralph an email via support or if it is better to post here?

Not sure myself. No doubt he's a busy dude at this point. But it looks like he's responding to things here in this forum, so I'll leave it here and wait to see what help we can provide him.

Thought I would investigate this further. Just downloaded and installed Jamstixmanager (From "Trial" link) on another mac os sierra OS I have running and it crashed again with the same message. I went ahead and looked at the Crash report and pasted an excerpt below (bold emphasis mine):

Thanks for the heads up. I just updated Jamstix Manager on El Capitan and it worked fine. What with this and Siri maybe I won't be upgrading OSX anymore.

True, it's a tough call. Both the Arturia and Native Instrument Software stacks I have worked fine on sierra, so I rolled the dice and figured Jamstix would follow suit. Jamstix 3.6 itself works fine on sierra. I'm sure the manager will catch up soon enough.
