|
|
Been ages since I posted and quite some time since I checked in. I've always been (and will continue to be) a hobbyist and personal and family stuff has had to be a priority for some time.
Hopefully next year is retirement and I'll have more time on my hands.
I have not yet upgraded my Reason to the vst version - I was wondering if anyone here has, and how Jamstix works with it? An upgrade to Jamstix 4 and Reason 9 may happen when I do get thaat time.
Cheers all and best wishes. |

Hi,recently I've upgraded to Reason 9.5 and I've found it doesn't work with Jamstix on my system. My computer is a Windows 10 Intel Core i5-2500K 8GB and while I have many VST's on my computer which work fine with Reason, as soon as it's loading up with Jamstix 3.6.5 it says: "Computer to slow to play song. Please optimise the song (see the documentation). The song can be exported as an audio file.".
I am not a tech guy so I haven't made any posts and I was hoping that Jamstix version 4 might cure it when it comes out.
It would be really good if somebody could download the Reason 9.5 Demo to see if it works for them, my system is quite old now. (Although I never had a problem with Ableton).
Cheers, Rich |

Thanks for replying Rich and apologies for not checking in on this.
I will be upgrading soon and if I also get JS4 I'll let you know if it works.
Cheers. |
