I'd say change it to SilenceUntil=47. This command always operates in 48 tick resolution.

It still doesn´t work, Ralph, it keeps playing only the first time the accent is loaded. Any hint?

The last event has tick 95 which is past 47 in 48 resolution. Please change it to 94 or earlier for this to work.
