I just bought jamstix yesterday and love it and am learning how to work with it within sonar and with battery2 as well as my midi modules using directixer. I have been unable however to get the metronome to work though. Secondly, I have tried using midi keys to control jam reset and jam start and stop, but for those of us with small midi controllers, 61 keys or less, most of the keys get use during a jam which doesn't quite work out well. It would be great if there was a way to use midi controller numbers for the same functions, which I could assign to buttons on my midi controller for these functions rather than use midi keys.
keep up the good work.

If your host is running and the 'active' box of the metronome is checked then you should hear it.

Got it. We'll see if we can get this into one of the next betas.

It says in the manual that the metronome outputs to audio output #3. Could this be the reason that you can't hear it?

I can confirm that there is a bug in the metronome code that will be fixed in the next beta. Thanks for the catch! _________________ Ralph Zeuner
