I have a problem with the Brush Kit in JS3. After the song is already over, there is still a lot of brushing to be heard on the output which dies off after about one additional bar. There is nothing composed in JS3 when the song is over but the brushing still continues.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this?
Thanks, -- Chris. |

| That is just the way the sample was recorded. The only way to stop it would be to cut the volume via DAW automation where you want the audio to stop. It would probably be a good idea to do a short fade instead of an abrupt cut also. |

Yeah, I thought so. The short fade is what I'm doing at the moment. What is annoying is that whenever I work on a track along with drums (i.e., the vocals in the sample editor) and halt playback, I have the brushing still going. After a while it gets on my nerves. But that's a small price to pay for an otherwise excellent tool.

I'll see about putting a check in JS4 that any active brushing sounds are fast-faded if the host mode changes from playing to stopped. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
