REAPER 5.20pre20X64 (but tru to any recent versions in the last 2 months, even stable)
Every time I click Create Song if I selected Sophistica style I got :
Cannot create file C:\Users\patrick\Documents\Jamstix3\im.dat
Access Denied (this one in french because my Win8.1 is in French)
I add "Everyone" with full rights on the Documents\jamstix3\ directory and it didn't change anything.
If I start Reaper as Admin, then th e JS3 GUI is all black but that's another problem...
Even if I close Reaper and start from scratch.
Tried reinstalling just this pack but nothing works with Sophistica.

Does it work if you run REAPER as ADMIN?

I updated my original post before seeing yours but yes, the JS3 GUI gets all black if I start Reaper as Admin... |

I just restart my plain PC and run Reaper as Admin and started from Reaper shortcut (New project) so nothing would be loaded.
The JS interface showed up but I'm still unable to use Sophistica.
JS version is 3.6.5 x64
Jamstix3 DLL is in c:\vstPlugins\
Bin: C:\jamstix3\bin\64
Data C:\jamstix3\data
Tried to just load JS3 then change drummer to Marcher and style Sophistica:Cool hats and still the same error about im.dat . |
