If I purchase Jamstix 3.6 will I get ver 4 when it comes out at no additional cost or do I have to pay for an upgrade?

How long do you support new releases without paying for upgrade each time?

Yes, any new purchase of JS3.6 comes with a free upgrade to V4. All minor updates are free, only major upgrades (i.e. V5 etc.) will incur an upgrade cost.
