In sonar I am trying to change from 3/4 at 128, to 96 bpm in 4/4 time but every time the song gets to the point where it is supposed to switch jamstix loops back 7 bars. There is also an odd red line in the (sorry for not knowing the right terms) little box on the left hand bottom of the gui that shows the bars where the loop occurs. How do I fix this?

'Song Menu -> Reset Song' should fix this.

Unfortunately that did not work at all. There is still the red line and whenever there is a time signature change it loops back 7 or 8 bars.

Please check that you do have the time signature change occur on a part change in JS with all parts in JS having the appropriate time sig set in the part editor, right?

No problem. Also, if the VST spec would allow for better communication between host and plugin on time sig changes, you wouldn't have to jump through all these hoops Sad
