Hi,
I need to re-install JS 1.3. and the Drumpak.
Should I Install everything to my VST directory? Or does some files need to go to c/program files/?
Do I need to install a older version of JS before I install v1.3?

I really need help with this, I tried to install it and I can't find resource folders and it crashes live when I try to use it.

Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks! Riley

The download links of your delivery mail are pointing to the 1.32 install.

Please follow the instructions in the delivery mail to install the plugin and the sounds. Then, after you've run Jamstix successfully, unzip the DrumPak ZIP file and place the RXP file that it contains into the 'addons' folder of your Jamstix directory. During the next Jamstix launch the DrumPak will automatically install itself.

Let me know if you need more help.

Do I need a previous version of JS in place to install the 1.32 version?
Do I install everything into my VST folder?

Thanks! Riley

No existing version is needed.
Yes, you can install into your VST folder.

Just to make sure: you need to run jamstix_setup.exe and jamstix_data_setup.exe. Do not run jamstix_updater132.exe.

I just did this all into my VST folder in a folder I created called Jamstix. I went to run v1.32 once so that it would create the "addons folder" for the DrumPak.

It crashes on the first launch in Live 5.02

Any ideas?

Uncheck 'Auto-Open Plugin Windows' in the Live preferences and see if that helps. If not, please send us the rzdlog.txt file from your Jamstix folder.
