In Nuendo, I use offsets to give me 2 lead in bars before zero. Jamstix does not recognise this and the arrangement page still starts as though there is no lead in. Not a big deal as I just do the drums and then add the lead in. It would be good if JS arrangement followed the sequencer.

The problem is that the sequencer doesn't tell Jamstix that it uses an offset. The solution is to add this line to the [General] section of the jamstix.ini file:
BarOffset=2
