hi.
on another thread the idea was proposed by a newbie that a more detailed manual with tutorials would be very useful. Ralph suggested that board members contribute to this task.
so, if you know how to Jam and could help this would be of benefit two ways:
1) to Ralph so he doesn't have to spend time answering basic questions, often over and over.
2) help newbies and perhaps some not-so-newbies on topics they may be struggling with.
perhaps if you're interested in writing a tutorial (it can just be one simple subject) you can "sign up" here and say what you're going to do to avoid needless duplication. then create a thread with your tutorial (or we can have one sticky thread with all the tutorials; whatever Ralph prefers).
if several people each contributed a little, it would go a long way in helping Ralph and it would make Jamstix easier to use, thus making it more attractive and, hopefully, adding up to more sales for this great product. and that would benefit us all in the development of more great Rayzoon software.
thank you.
Jason
p.s. though i am a newbie, i will offer a tutorial on "How to change internal Jamstix drumkits/drum elements."
p.s.s. i hope, Ralph, this is the kind of thing you meant. |

I was that newbie
I have promised to deliver a tutorial on how to get JS to lay down a basic beat to accompany an audio track, including how to mute tracks, add intros and fills. |
