In the past i was unhappy about base drum sounds in jam stix 3. But now i find a good solution, to have punchy drums and i like much. karmafx is a donation ware bundle and the reverb have a Feedback Knob. I see that in no other reverb. With increase the feedback knob you can add punch. here are the both examples

i also upload a song that show that jamstix 3 can do great snare roll

maybe in jamstix 4, such a reverb can add direct. I reduce in jamstix 3 the reverb in both tracks. i use a sum output and all is done with karma fx.
