I am making a backing track for labamba and it sounds great at the beginning but seems to lose synch as it goes on. Around measure 40 it seems to get off. I am noticing some crackling which indicates it is getting dropouts. I stop it and restart and no crackling. Once I have the complete midi file created then I export it to mp3. I am using Sonar and when I convert to an mp3 it still seems like the timing is off. Is there anything that would cause it to do this? I'm using Jamtrax 2.5

The log shows you are using a latency of 2048, which may cause timing issues. Please set latency to 768 and see if the problem is gone.
