You´re not going to find any.
DFHS has its own engine and its own huge sample set.
That´s what makes it so "superior" and so different. |

I don't like DFHS because first it isn't intuitive and second I want drums and percussions in one kit .
I'm looking for a map of Battery 2 that loads samples of DFHS because really are the best. |

| The samples of DFH2 are in some kind of proprietary format. Assuming the samples of DFHS are also in this format, nothing other than their custom engine could load them. |

I agree that DFHS has a certain learning curve, but in the end it´s very rewarding.
We´re not talking normal multi-layering drum kits here with, say, 12 instruments x 16 samples, we´re talking about the ambience and the bleeding samples as well.
As a result we´re talking about thousands of samples instead.
Even a dedicated drum sampler like Battery 2 can´t handle this amount of samples in a sensible way.
Do you actually own DFHS?
You could easily try and make a mapping for yourself then, but I think you won´t succed. It´s all about having control over the bleed.
When you want top notch drums, you simply have to deal with DFHS or BFD.
BTW, it´s easy to do the creative work in Jamstix (it´s brilliant in what it does!!!) and afterwards have the results played by drummer and percussionist of DFHS.

Do you mean that it's possible but not with Superior ? |

DFHS samples are in WAV format so you could use another sampler to play them back.
However, I doubt you can reach the same fidelity with them as you can with the DFHS engine. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Exactly.
What´s used in the example above is
Drumkit From Hell Multiformat, which supports Battery, HALion, DR-008, LM-4, Gigasampler, EXS24, *Reason NN-XT and *NI Kontakt.
But DFH Superior is a totally different beast.
To avoid confusion, check out the differences here. |
