I have been getting by on the built in mappings for bfd and toontrack. I was playing around with trying to load a midi output map like bfd3 and edit to match a different VST (Halion Sonic) and I notice that a bunch of the kit pieces won't allow me to change the midi note. there is nothing displayed and the +/- buttons don't seem to do anything. Not sure if this is a bug or I am doing something wrong. I tried this in Cubase 7.5.2 and in Savihost with the same issue. Thanks.

Some kit pieces have multiple articulations and therefore multiple MIDI keys. Select each articulation in the kit editor panel (i.e. 'Rimshot' for Snare) and then you can see/edit the corresponding MIDI key.
