I need some help. My computer crashed and now I got a new laptop and need help in installation. I downloaded the files in the website where I originally downloaded the files from before. I ran the Jamstix file and when I used reaper to open it, it says "jamstix has been disabled due to a missing license key file... etc" but I don't know where that file is. How do I proceed with the installation?

I'm not sure if the procedure changed but I think I only needed to write-in the license number before. I don't have a file.

Please go to the SUPPORT menu on our web site and click the button to get the Windows license key file.
