Which version of Jamstix are you using? Are you trying to "subhost" EZDrummer (only available in Jamstix 3.3 and older, I believe) OR are you just trying to route the MIDI out from Jamstix to EZDrummer (the only way possible in Jamstix 3.5)? Is Jamstix and Cubase both 32 bit or are there any bridges involved?

To do it with the "MIDI track method", load Jamstix in the instrument rack, enable MIDI out in the Jamstix options tab, create a MIDI track, route Jamstix MIDI out to the input of the MIDI track, load EZDrummer in the instrument rack, route the output of the MIDI track to EZDrummer, and, on the MIDI track, enable the monitor or the record arm.
