Jamstix Noob here,
Installed JS Studio - everything seems to have installed fine and seems to be working.
I was trying to determine if everything actually WAS installed (there is a lot in the Studio version!) and only thing I noticed was a single unzipped file called "tt.zip" under the "\data\styles\Jazz & Swing" folder.
Should that zip file still be compressed under that folder? Or should it have expanded (i.e., been unzipped) ?
Thanks
So far enjoying JS3

That is an erroneous file, which you can safely delete. Thanks for the catch! _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Yep! I did a little digging right after posting and it turns out it was a simply a result of my first aborted install (I caused the abort not your SW or the installer), and contained only .pre's that were subsequently, and
successfully, installed.
Again everything is working fine
Although, am still curious how someone can tell if 100% of what is suppose to be installed is indeed installed?

The Drum Style Reference, Drummer Reference and Percussion Style Reference .pdf's list everything included in JS3. Hope this is what you're looking for. |
