Hi,

I bought the new Cubase 7 but when using the Jamstix3-vst cubase tells me that it is an incompatible vst-pruduct and can not be used.
After this message I have to close the project because the VST-Bridge is not active anymore...

How can I fix the problem - Jamstix/Jamcussion is an importend Plug-in for me and until now I could reley on the workflow.

Any suggestions???

It sounds like you are using 64 bit Cubase and 32 bit Jamstix. I recommend you download the 64 bit version of Jamstix.

Yes cubase tries to use the 32 bit version although I downloaded the 64 bit version also. When I use only the js3sl64.rtxc file in the jamstix folder, cubase does not react in any way. When I use the js3sl32.rtxc file cubase opens the jamstix-player but then the jamstix crashes and does not react any longer.
But - I downloaded the 64-version and the x64-file does not work in any way.

Is there something I did not install or put in the right folder ...?

I am really frustrated.

And - some times later - I solved the Problem: cubase remembered the old vst-plug in. After cleaning the folders and everything else, I reinstalled the 64bit Version and now its runnig!!!!

Good. I was going to say, for you and anyone else who stumbles on this problem, that you must be sure that Cubase ONLY sees ONE version of the plug-in. Either the 32 bit or 64 bit version but NEVER BOTH.
