Hello! I work with Jamstix 3.5. I usually record MIDI drum track with the keyboard. This works well with fitted library JS, or other VSTi drum. But when an external instrument its sound is heard only when working with the editor of the tracks in the JS, selecting parts of the drum set in the Kit, and when playing the finished song. In this third-party plug-in is not responding to my messages MIDI keyboard. Question: is it possible to hear the sounds connected by a third-party MIDI drum sampler (such as Superior Drummer 2) directly while recording MIDI track. That is, whether there is a Jamstix function similar MIDI Thry, or it can be implemented in JS somehow different?. Any help please.

Make sure monitoring is active in Cubase on the MIDI tracks for JS and SD2.

Thanks for the answers. But unfortunately the inclusion of monitoring does not help. When working with SD, other drum samplers, drum track directly from the Yamaha Motif Window Kit JS-click the mouse and MIDI events generated by the JS respond SD2 and Motif sounds, but the MIDI signal from the keyboard Motif is not transmitted through the instrument JS (SD or another VSTi controlled JS). That is a real-time MIDI keyboard does not sound voices VSTi. Apologies for the poor command of English.
