I want to check the different drummers for my whole song. Is there a possibility to change the drummer for all parts simultaneously?

Pretty sure you can shift-left click to select multiple parts, then pull down the song menu (little down arrow on the left side) and choose "load player".

Even easier: Song menu (next to WIZARD) ->Load Player
