I clicked on the dropdown beside the Wizard button and selected 'Save Restore Point'.
I received an error message 'Cannot create file "C:\Users\My Name\Documents\jamstix3\revisions\gobbledygook.j2d" The system cannot find the path specified.'
Subsequent attempts to access the menu prompted an Access Violation error message.
I shut down the DAW and checked for the folder being complained about, it didn't exist.
Jamstix is actually installed on another drive, at "Y:\Audio\DAW\jamstix3" and there is a revisions folder below that.
As a workaround I created the folder "C:\Users\My Name\Documents\jamstix3\revisions", after which the 'Save Restore Point" function worked as expected.
So, I don't really require any action from this report, but I thought it worth mentioning.
Hosting system is Reaper 64bit on Win 7 Pro. |
