No Hi Hat Notes

I'm using the Custom Rock style and the snare groove control generates notes but the hi hat controls do not. I also tried the Jamstix Classic style and couldn't generate hi hat notes either. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you see hihat notes in the bar editor? If so, do they have red Xs?

No, nothing shows up in the grid. It's happening intermittently, sometimes it will generate hi hat notes even though I haven't done anything differently.

Please do a 'Save Song' in JS when this happens and send the file to me along with Documents\Jamstix3\rzdlog.txt.
