Jamstix interface doesn't load in Cubase 6

If I close the Jamstix interface using the 'edit instrument' button on the channel selector in Cubase 6, the Jamstix interface is replaced with a white screen. Jamstix still functions, but I (obviously!) have no way of making further edits.

If I close, then reopen the project, it will appear again, but when the interface is closed and then re-opened it once again presents a 'white-screen of death'.

I'm using Windows 7 (64 bit), and Jamstix 3. Any help would be appreciated.

In the Jamstix options there is a button "cache GUI interface". Try switcing it.

Hi JL, thank you for that - I switched the GUI caching off as suggested - instant reappearance of interface!
