So finally I took the plunge and invested in a new system
Intel 13 3.4GHz
4Gb RAM (another 8gig arriving in a couple of days)
Gigabyte z68 Mobo
AMD 5770 grpahics
500Gb Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm with 2 x 250 gig partitions, one for programmes etc, one for samples
1TB Western Digital Caviar Green 7200rpm for data files
Win 7 64 bit
M-Audio 1010 (from old machine)
I'm still intending on running Cubase SE for the time being but will be upgrading soon...
Ideally I want to install jamtix 2 plus all the js 1 and 2 kits I already have.
I have everything backed up from my previous machine and my download option is still active.
I can get jamtix to install no prob but it keeps looking for a 'data' folder...
I was hoping to keep the kits in my 'sample drive'. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

You can just copy the JS2 folder(s) to the new machine. When asked for the 'data' location, select that folder as copied over. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
