Jamstix 3.5.0 64 Bit
Sonar X1 64Bit
I've just installed 3.5.0 but have no sounds upon opening Jamstix.I've manually installed the packs several times to no avail.
I'm confused as I have 2 Jamstix folders and am not sure where they should be?I thought installing 3.5.0 would automatically send them to their appropriate places.
The first Jamstix3 folder's path is: Local Disk(C:/Jamstix3
It contains:
Folder:bin
Folder:data
jamstix3.def
jamstix3_license.rztkf
js3sl64.rtxc
license.rtf
Pakinst.exe
readme.txt
revisions.html
tak.cde
unins000.dat
unins000.exe
The second Jamstix3 folder's path is:
Local Disk(C:)Program Files/Jamstix3
It contains:
Folder:data
jamstix3.ini
license.rtf
readme.txt
revisions.html
unins000.dat
unins000.exe
unins001.dat
unins001.exe
unins002.dat
unins002.exe
The sllink.txt in Documents/Jamstix3 reads: C:\jamstix3 |

The C:\Program Files\Jamstix3 folder is odd, maybe a remnant from earlier installs?
Concerning missing sounds: try running SONAR as admin and see if it makes a difference. If not, please send me rzdlog.txt from Documents\Jamstix3. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Ah yes,it's probably a remnant from an earlier install.
Is it safe to delete that folder?Don't I need the jamstix3.ini from it though?
I re-booted my pc (I'd already tried this twice),and it worked this time.I'll let you know if I have any more issues.
Thanks for the quick response Ralph. |
