hi, Ralph.

there are Funkiness & Complexity knobs in the Free Jam panel (for kick, snare & hihat) and there are non-specific Funkiness & Complexity sliders in the Control panel.

are the sliders in the Control panel like master settings?

for example if i have the Complexity slider at 50% in Control and then in Free Jam panel have the kick at 1/2 again, will the kick be 25% of the maximum Complexity (50% of 50%)?

or if the snare were at 1/4 in the Free Jam panel would it be then 50% of 1/4 complexity (1/8th of maximum Snare complexity)?

a quick explanation would be great.

thanks.

Jason

If you unlock the Funk/Comp knobs in the style panel then they will overrule the main Funk/Comp sliders in the control panel for kick, snare and hihat generation. In that case, the main sliders are only used for fill and accent filtering.
