I finally composed and tracked a quick song using Jamstix. The key for me was not having being prejudiced to a particular drum line, which always demotivated me.

Today I just needed a rock funk beat that sounded realistic and rather than spend 3-4 days composing one by hand I pulled out Jamstix. It took me 15 minutes to get something I liked. Bravo!
