| A little confused about the purpose of it. Do I break my drum part apart and spread it across the Groove and Accent panels? Or put the same beats in there, or what? Maybe I'm not quite clear on how the word Accent is being used in this instance. |

Accents are just the little embellishments that a drummer may inject into a groove. Load '8th Rock' and 'Carter' and let them play a bit then check the contents of the bars. You will see the groove in the groove part and small clusters of notes in the accent section of some bars. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

When using the wizard to compose a track, are the accents of a drummer automatically applied for the whole track (after adusting) when you hit compose, or do I have to save a drummer preset ie "variation 1" first, then choose that drummer preset from the wizard and then compose?

Accents are composed on the fly when each bar is played for the first time or when a change in the brain is made. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
