Hi Everyone,
I am a new user on the forum who is trying to wrap his head around Jamstix 3 (I am getting there, but slowly). I am trying to figure out the best way to have JS3 drive some of the drum kits I have in SampleTank fomat. I searched through the forum and found some old mappings in rdm format for SampleTank, but it appears that the kit formats in JS3 have changed. Can someone please help me figure out the easiest/best way to drive SampleTank drumkits using JS3?
Thanks! |

Two ways:
a) load SampleTank into JS via the plugin menu in the left-bottom corner of the kit display.
b) drive ST via the MIDI output from JS
In both cases, you'll need to adjust the MIDI keys for some kit pieces in JS to match ST. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| Thanks, Ralph. In both of the situations you describe, what kit would I choose in the kit menu within JS? |

I'd say start off with the standard kit. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
