Hi.
Question

How do I type in (for instance) "IVVCVVCVVCBCE" inside Jamstix 3, while using it within Sonar X1 as a vst? When I try to type in a "V" it calls up a video track.

Cant use the keyboard to type in the letters.. What do i need to shut off or change???

Enable SONAR key pass-through to the plugin with that little icon in the SONAR frame around JS3.
