In the sample names, what do the following abbreviations mean?
CS (for example, Deluxe Maple CS)
DP1 (Birch Maple DP1)
MC (Premier MC Maple)

CS = Close Stereo (sound has no ambience but a close-mic'd stereo-field)
DP1 = DrumPak #1 (now part of XL Pak)
