hi
how shoud i set jamstix for midi playback? in other words having made my midi drumtrack(in my sequencer), i just want to use js for it's sounds.
i was thinking, if you have it set for midi jam, isn't it possible that j/s will not play the rhythm exactly as recorded??
i'm using sl2, which is identical to sx2 in terms of midi and audio channel strips.
cheers
kevin
p.s i'm new to midi, always used loops. well pleased with jamstix. far better than i'd hoped it would be. the sleep deprivation is quite hard though!! |

The best way is to set Jamstix to 'Manual Mode' with 'Play Input' and 'Mute Brain' both checked. This makes Jamstix a 'dumb' sound module that plays back the received MIDI data. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
