v3.2.0, in Reaper 4. Jamstix working fine until Jamcussion installed and code entered.

Now, after installing Jamcussion, new instances of Jamstix load but refuse to display the UI.

Existing Jamstix projects load and play OK, but although the Jamcussion kits. are listed they do not load. The new Drummers are there, and selecting Drummer+ style seems to work OK - ie the Percussion sounds play even though they do not show in the Kit window.

On attempting to load the Jamcussion kits, the sounds are all listed, but nothing appears, and the "Not Loaded" label shows.

Rebooting Windows etc did not help. Is there any way to uninstall the pak because a reinstall might be worth a try?

When loading a kit, style or drummer into percussion, please first switch to Jamcussion mode with the perc icon above the song power knob.

Let me know any issues remaining after that.

Hi Ralph,

Still problems

1. New instances of the VSTI do not even display the Jamstix UI. It will neither load, nor play. This has been since Jamcussion installed.

2. Existing projects will display the Jamstix UI, and your comment has helped but not fixed things. In Jamcussion mode, yes percussion kits load, but then don't play. Each instrument lights up when you click on it - but no sound. And I know to use Jamcussion drummers and rhythms.

Running the DAW, any kit already loaded in normal mode plays. In the grid window, it looks like percussion instrument icons but they do not sound.

Jamcussion just adds data so it is odd that the GUI behavior would be different. Please uncheck "Cache GUI' in the JS3 Options and see if it makes a difference.

Please also send me rzdlog.txt from My Documents\Jamstix3.

Finally, when you click on a Jamcussion kit piece, does a mixer channel show signal?
