I have read a post which states the same problem I am indicating here but was curious to find out if any progress has been made with regard to a fix. The problem is the kick not playing when stylus rmx is in kit mode and being triggered by Jamstix, all other parts play normally and can be triggered with the "audit" button but the kick doesn't play in any mode or even trigger with the "audit" button. I have checked the mapping and tried changing it and going back to C1 but to no avail. Are we anywhere with this yet? As I really want to get jamstix but can't justify it until this problem is resolved.

Hi Scott,
Could you record the MIDI output of Jamstix (the demo only supports that for bars 1 through 4) and then feed this to RMX directly without Jamstix and see if the kick plays that way? This would help us identify the problem.

Hi Ralph,
I actually have got it working seems to be an ouput configuration problem as I had jamstix set to 16 outputs (for use with battery 2) and when I changed it down to four the kick started working and as such I just purchased Jamstix! 
Maybe you could investigate further and identify whats going on but count me in as your newest Jamstix member!
p.s. Am using Jamstix in Ableton Live 5; any news on the jamstix auto-open plugin window problem. Not a big concern as the workaround's fine just curious.

We're still investigating that one. We cannot duplicate the problem on our machines so the going is slow.
