Can't get sounds to load...PLEASE HELP!

I been trying for 3 days and I've come to the end of my rope.
Keep getting the message, 41 sounds missing. When I try to install the data packs they're nowhere to be found. Went through the download process many times and come to the same end.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If you haven't downloaded and installed the stock kits you wont get any sound. You need two files - jamstix3_stockkits_1of2.rxp2 and jamstix3_stockkits_2of2.rxp2

Fire up Jamstix (and from memory!) click the install kit on the kit tab.

Keep at it. It's well worth the effort.
