a bit more testing is needed, but for now I can say it's like night'n day since 3.1.2, far more stable and no more load graphic bug!
open nitpicks are :
-right-click on transport buttons toggles them down until you click on it.
-a few sliders in the A.I. window don't open the midi cc dialog when you right click them, instead they jump to zero.
-In mixer when you right click faders they stick to the mouse

It's for Sheppol
It changes the way the kit editor dampening works. By default, JS starts attenuating soon after the sound starts and the knob setting controls the rate of attenuation. Position-based dampening has a constant rate of attenuation and the knob controls the start point of the sample where the dampening starts. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

This problem (sliders in Classic Kick and Snare overlap beats matrix in some time signatures and groove weight settings):
is still there in 3.1.3 Beta 1, though perhaps you weren’t expecting to get it this time. The above is in 3/4 time, default groove weights, Reaper 3.75, Windows XP Home SP3 32-bit. Screen is set to 120dpi, but I did test 3.1.2 at 96dpi and the problem persists. |

Hi!
When I load any kit and then change the hi-hat sound I always get this error message:
This is in version 3.1.3 Beta 1. It works fine the 3.1.2 release version.
It still works to change the snares for example. |

No, just backup your current jamstix3.dll and replace it with the Beta DLL. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

I use the renaming convention of changing file names adding the word"Old" to the name. Then when I want to clear things up I can use a search in Windows for,"Old" and remove unneeded files.

| OK Thanks, that is what I did. Should it read 3.13 when you click on JS logo in upper left, mine says 3.12 |

It should say 3.1.3 Beta 1 — it also says that in orange at the bottom below the bar editor.
What happened, most likely, is that you replaced the jamstix3.dll in the Jamstix installation folder. That one appears to do nothing. The one that counts is the one in your VST folder.
If you don’t know where that is, the simplest way to find it is probably to search your computer for all copies of jamstix3.dll, and replace them all with the new one. |

| Thanks for continuing to improve Jamstix. This is by far my most used plugin. |
