|
|
Hi
Can someone please advise me how to get rid of unwanted crash cymbals during fills?
The particular crash events do not show on the Fill grid so I cannot delete them. No matter how often I click the Compose button the crash always sounds on the 3rd beat of the bar during the fill (and it doesn't show on the grid) and it doesn't fit that part of my song.
I have tried all clearing options, including forced hits and silence. I've also muted the 3rd beat of the bar. No matter what I do the crash is back when I hit Compose and it's driving me nuts.
I also don't see Brain elements to fiddle with for Fill crash cymbals.
I'm using Jamstix 3.1.3 Beta 5.
Sub-hosting Kontakt 3 player with Steven Slate drums.
Style 8th Rock.
Drummer James Stix.
Thanks! |

I think I solved it!
I disabled the Start Crash, End Crash and No Groove options of the particular bar and the rogue Crash cymbal disappeared.
It helps sometimes to click on things randomly hehe! |

If it is on the third beat then it was caused by 'Start Crash'. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
