Hi all!!

I have recently bought the BenVesko Provoker compressor and i am wanting to route it to the kick drum only...how do i do this?

Use a multi-output template (JS3 Kit window menu) so the kick goes to its own audio output. Now add the compressor in the host on that output.

Here you go:

- click KIT in JS3
- click the orange triangle at the top left of the kit kit pane
- select the last routing option: 'Set Output Routing - 8...'
- click MIXER
- make sure DOWNMIX is off

In your host, find the audio track for output#1 of Jamstix. Only the kick will sound there. Add the compressor to that track in the host.

cool...now how do i hear the other drums...do i have to open jamstix again on another track?

You need to set up your host to support all Jamstix audio outputs.

my host is set to record all midi files but i can only hear the kick...do i have to use another track to hear snare another for cymbal etc\??

Are you sure you have audio tracks for all Jamstix outputs in your host?
