Ralph,
I just wanted to tell you that you are truly amazing, in my eyes. I have told so many people about your wonderful product, but more-so about your amazing support. I honestly don't know how you keep up with all of us on the forum, and all the different little issues that constantly crop up as technology moves forward. It would honestly drive me utterly insane to juggle all the different issues with different DAW's. You have been amazingly responsive and helpful throughout the years, and I just wanted you to know that it has not gone unnoticed.
You have even taken the time to help me learn how to program specific drum patterns and styles. That kind of attention is absolutely fantastic! Anyway, just wanted to offer a word of encouragement and thanks. |

I don't own the product yet and I want to say thank you. I spent 18 years in IT and now am in sales, so I appreciate the amount of effort it takes for someone to offer the same level of support that you do here.
It is quite impressive indeed! |
